NOT a power bank, but an intelligent USB charger with 5 ports, so good for phones or ipads, tablets, etc.
Comes with an Apple compatible lightning cable, and a micro USB cable.

got this last time it was posted at 11,99 it's excellent has charged all ipads iphones android phones and tablets All fine. The charge time depends on the number of ipads connected simultaneously but the biggest thing that slows it down is cheap ios and android cables. The ones ut comes with are good but the other devices also need quality cables. got a set from Anker they are v good.

I guess the description overlooked the Quick Charge protocol. Regardless, it actually does still charge pretty quickly. I have my Pebble, my iPhone and my G5 connected to it at night and it's great being able to get rid of the big multi-plug that was under there originally. Because of it's location I would rather it charge slowly than Quick Charge and risk deteriorating the longevity of my battery more quickly. QC is something I like to use if I've had a long day at work and want to top up my phone before going out to the pub or something, I don't need it every time I charge my phone.

who cares if it charges slow? this sort of unit is best suited to the bedside to charge things at night. No (cheap) multi adaptor is ideal if you want the fastest charge. I have a G5 and use the one it came with for a fast charge if I'm going out; the rest of the time I use this as it's better for lithium ion batteries to be charged at a slower rate anyway (in terms of longevity). I don't need my phone to charge in an hour if it's on my bedside.

Got this for 11.99 recently. Tough to find stock for me locally but when i got one its great. Charges my phone a lot faster than my apple charger and means i can keep all my powerbanks charged ready for pokemon hunting. Im also feeling like its kickstarted my battery back into better life. Could be just me.

Just to let you know guys, mine doesn't make any sound. Also in comparison with RavPower, this one comes with TWO FREE HIGH QUALITY CABLES, which is a bonus, Apple's lightning cable company is Apple certified.
I ended up returning mine - charged at snails pace - 15 minutes to do 1%!

Only issue is that the box makes a high pitch noise when charging certain items. May not happen to all.

There's a few about, 2/5 stores near me in North West London for a start.
Probably final reduction to sell of the remaining stock.
Just used it on the train from Newquay, no noise, and seems to do a good job.

My Anker one died a few days before this was posted last time, which was irritating, but this one seems better. Only flaw is the bright blue led on it.

For me, it has charged my smart ultra 6, my Samsung note 10 and my Amazon Fire tablet all fine. Also anything else I have plugged into it.

Bought it at 11.99 recently (http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/philips-power-bundle-11-99-argos-2477765) and it works fine, even more of a deal at only a tenner.
