A simple search of 'philips power bundle' brought it up for me. I agree though, sometimes wonder why some bother posting deals as often get a load of criticism for doing so as they have either missed the previous deal has been posted, or couldn't find it.

Perhaps worth checking the rules before being so rude to people who are simply trying to help others!?
Anyway OP, this is a good deal and a great bit of kit - a quality product which I bought over a month ago which I can thoroughly recommend.
Ok...because whatever you say is all that matters

I do not believe that i was being rude. To me it would make more sense to bring back the original thread which already has all the comments on it and it's still active.

I bought one when I saw the last deal. It lasted a week and then would barely charge anything. Kept cutting out and going slow charge, fast charge and cut out again.
On my second one now and it been going okay. Thought by buying phillips I'd avoid all the cheap and nasty chinese unsafe clones!

This looks very similar to the Icefox I bought off Amazon for a fiver. They are all Chinese made and probably in the same factory so wouldn't hang my faith on the 'brand'.
In saying that, my Icefox has been working fine.

Same factory, but using same components? No, probably not. Philips will insist on top quality components for UK market, as they'll get sued out the door if these turn out to be dangerous.
The chinese knock-offs will come from the same factory, but use much lower quality/cheap componets, as there is very little comeback if one of their devices blows up half way around the world purchased through fleabay.

Bought mine from Amazon not Fleabay and it's got a CE mark.
The CE mark, is that a variable then?

just because the shell looks the same, doesn't mean anything at all. how many variations of boxes with ports in them can there be?

had mine since the last deal - absolutely chuffed to bits with it - lovely build quality and the cables feel great quality too. Can't fault it, and whatever anyone says brands with a good rep won't generally just rebadge a poorly made or dangerous unit as it is simply not worth the repercussions

Supplied cables are top quality cables, good iPhone cable alone cost 5 to 6 quid.

Depends whether it's a genuine European Comformity mark or Chinese Engineered mark, the second one has been created to fool people into thinking they are buying an assured product.

I think perhaps your post does not look like someone trying to be helpful....
Something like " Already posted bud " would look helpful, instead of "Cold. Already posted" and then jumping down the throat of the person who was "trying to be helpful" by posting the deal.... Not all of us treat this like a competition...
I realise there are more than a few "Sheldons"... or perhaps "Stewarts" out there ,,,,

Technical information is in par with my old and trusted Anker PowerPort 5 charger (40wats; 8 Amp) with DOE Level 6. It gives my S7 a bit more than 1% charge per minute.
There's no info about maximum Amps per port though (for Anker it's 2,4Amp).
Possible reason for such a price drop - Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 not supported (as per Anker).
Nevertheless it is a good price for a quality branded product. If every penny counts - looks like a solid choice.
