Went to Kensington Tesco (London) last week and found Philips AquaTouch S5420 reduced from £160 to £40 as a clearance product.

The S5420 is £79.99 full price on Argos - was it ever £160? Also £59.99 on Amazon - does say RRP £160??

Bought this model from Amazon when on special offer. TBH I am disappointed with it. As mentioned you have to yank shaving head off to put trimmer on, then reverse the process to get back to shaver. When you open and tap out shavings one of the heads often falls out due to the rotation of the shaving process. And to top it all you don't get a case or brush. No way worth more than £50.

"SmartClick Precision Trimmer"? If it were smart, it would be attached all the time like on most shavers, instead of being an accessory to get lost!

Must be local.
Went to Tesco, North Bracknell, and found the exact model on the shelf. Took it to customer services and price check came back as £160.

Was it at Metro or Superstore?
