Is the new NFS worth it? I've heard mixed reviews sadly, used to be my favourite series of games.

I'd rather they threw NFS: Most Wanted WITH it's DLC in there.
The DLC has never been on-sale at a sane price - I completed the basic game eons ago (paid <£10 for it) but I've never wanted to spend TWICE that on extra cars/a new area...
They seem unwilling to play ball tho

Yep, just go to the Vault page and it'll have all the games you can download for free and keep as long as your subscription is active. If you've ever used Playstation Plus, it's the same.
