Another eBay seller who refuses to accept Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom,so he does not post items to this region. Companies like that don't deserve our custom,and much as I like the price I will buy the drill elsewhere.

Do you have a link to the Makita with 2 x 4.0Ah batteries at this price you refer to?
I'm a Makita fan but don't think there's a Makita, or any other make, just now that can beat this.
