probably as they say they are panning to make one for hololens so it will probably be a uwp app which wil include everything mobile pc x bx

Looking for a budget windows phone for my wife, are the cameras on these ok? Or is there a much better lumia out there with a decent camera below £150?

I'd probably get a lumia 640 - its last years model, but the processor (and GPU in particular) is much better than this year's lumia 650, and the camera is supposed to be decent for the money. Can be had for around £100 new if you look around, and will run WM 10

Great easy to use phone if like me you don't get on with Android or iphone too expensive. You choose any tarrif when ordering but you dont get charged for sim unless you use it. On o2 so you can use giffgaff but you may need to get a new nano sim (do a sim swap if you dont have correct size one already).
