Refined sugar is a poison which is as addictive as heroin. People reading that might scoff (another Wine Gum) but try going a month without refined sugar - I bet you fail miserably. Sorry if that makes me no fun at parties but what's your opinion of heroin addicts?
Anyway, 99% of the population are so misled and purposefully ill educated about sugar, but now you know, so you can do your own research if you dare and make your own choices for your own health and bodies, can't say you didn't know... :smiley:
Funnily enough Farmfoods sell a range of other foods which are healthier, so it all balances out if you are selective.

thats what party is now, in front the tv watching movie , not paying 10 pounds per person at movie, plus another 10 pounds, for snacks and sodas,

it doesn't cost that much if you go poundland for sweets and pop and also have a cinema discount card which is about £5-6 a ticket (after discount).better than staying in the house !

Yes, can confirm that i found these on shelf end on checkouts,in the Blakelaw,Newcastle upon Tyne shop,but only had jelly babies & liquorice allsorts left
