Looks like they are running a promotion for KI characters. After Aganos few days back, you can buy Maya for a discounted price. Good deal IMO if you like this game.
Should work with the Windows version as well. Need to check. Unfortunately I don't have access for Windows pc at the moment. But if I keep in mind I originally bought mine at Win App store and playing on XO.

What is going on with this game. I patched it 2 months ago. Think the patch was 20 gb .
I never played it and turned on again this week and it has another 20gb update.
Are they forcing us to download the paid content and season 3.

It's because new characters have came out the past few months.
Each update for them was around 20gb but all characters are there now so shouldn't be any more massive downloads.

I hate games which force a lazy update. Hitman Absolution tried to download an 18gb patch so I deleted it forever.
Games downloading DLC you don't even own are a joke too.

It forces the download because you're playing against the characters you dont own online. This isn't as bad as some though that force you to download dlc...you can play against the cpu as all fighters, and you also get the new stadiums for free. I don't know why half the season 3 characters don't have their own stadiums though like previous seasons...especially when they were trying to sell the season for £30
