This car seat is definitely compatible with the aton cybex isofix base as that's what I used with my zoom trio.

Not true. Aton isofix base works with the car seat, I k ow that as I'm currently using it! This package has at most, been £350 at mamas and papas. Small saving but not as big as the one stated!

I've seen some have to fiddle with the seatbelt and car seat and it looks a pain so I don't think this is for us.

Yes you would need to do and undo the seat belt every time you put in or take out the car seat. Most designs now have a separate base, where the base stays either strapped in with the seat belt or via the isofix mounts, and the car seat attached and detaches easily from the base. This saves you redoing the car seat every time, which is not as easy as you'd expect.
