Because people want to know for pre orders if payment is being charged straight away at point of order or when the item is dispatched. I'm personally not too keen on paying out months in advance on pre orders (Tesco Direct for example), that's why I like Game Collection!

I'm not convinced anyone, other than Gamescheep4Uyes.com based in a Portacabin off the A3 would charge before they've sent it out these days. I'm puzzled as to why people keep asking for confirmation.
