This tv has dropped like a stone.
Would you like to explain why you would choose a Hisense TV over one of the best TV manufacturers their is, at least this will have the HDR promised.

You can get the 55UH750v - which seems to be a better TV for £780 in Costco
Maybe because this is £350 more he might just not have?

You mean fake 4K or HDR that might not come?
Go with the Hisense and hope they can enable HDR then you get a bonus, buy the LG and you could be buying an wRGB/RGBW panel..
Decisions, eh..

As always with LG there's no input lag information. I called LG about an earlier offer. The customer service rep said "whats input lag". another time I spoke to an engineer at LG who said "they don't use input lag as its not a selling point"!!!!
Why have a gaming mode then?

I bought this on prime day for £589. Its a brilliant tv, i was so hesitant when buying it because of all the crap about the panels and the lack of reviews. Its awesome imo. Xbox, PS4 and PC gaming looks stunning on it.

£589 for this telly is a whole lot more sensible for this telly and about what it's worth on eBay

This is an entry level 4K from LG. It only has HDR processing, not true HDR.
If ur after entry level, go with the Hisense for half the price!

Which hisense at half the price?
The 55s are closer to 500? If this was a bit better ..

On the verge of buying this but I need to know the distance between the feet of the stands to know if it will fit on my current unit.
Anyone seen any specs? Cant find them myself

It fits my unit which apparently only fits a 52. The width of my unit it 120cm also it fits a PS4 underneath. I'll measure it tonight if you're still unsure

So £700+ worth of TV with Joke Warranty from Argos as 12 months...
Less price in this instance most certainly means less quality

Au contraire my friend, Hisense have been getting great user reviews.
In this article, it describes this LG as 'UH61 is another cheap 4K TV in the 6 series' lol

In a nutshell, this is an expensive entry level 4K TV
Is getting great reviews for their picture quality. Give me evidence to suggest that these tvs are some how fake 4k or HDR.
