Only 2 HDMI ports? That should be a criminal offence in this day and age.

another way to mutually tell their customers that they are idiot. An obsolete model for 4k use, HDMI1.4 only and also a Faux-K tv for sure http://www.hdtvtest.co.uk/news/rgbw-201510084189.htm Anyway, never an LG anymore

Nice deal, wonder how it compares with the Hisense from 2-3 weeks ago.

Be aware this is NOT a smart TV. But very good price compared to other sites - £652.77 on Amazon this morning

Thanks for that link - saved me an expensive mistake!
I have this model. It has a decent picture. 2xHDMI is rubbish unless you have an AVR in which case it's no problem. It has inbuilt digital terrestrial and satellite tuners which is neat (be prepared for a lot of channel resorting if you tune in free satellite channels, plus since it does not have a "freesat" guide it doesn't get guide information very well). The interface is a bit wonky but you get used to it.
For me it's basically a monitor for my STB and FireTV, so I rarely interact with the TV itself, and it does a good job. Also, the sound is actually surprisingly good for a flat tele.

I like the stand, at least it doesn't like like it's wearing shoes.

Ah, so only 4K 30Hz. That's unfortunate.

Got this lovely tv around 2 months ago on amazon for less than that and I am using it as a monitor; does 4k 60p on 4.4.4 chroma and the display quality is superb; speakers are decent and I do not miss the 'smart' apps at all as most are useless or slow....who cares about the rip-off movies anyway.
I use it for music production and 4k gaming....with a gtx980 to be soon replaced by a gtx1080...
do not listen to the moaners, it is a huge and superb TV!

Just read the article, I had no idea! cheeky lot. Another thing to keep an eye on when buying a new tv :disappointed:

Or just include 4 ports as standard. And then spend more money to buy an amp if you need more.
