Can anybody recommend a good custom rom for this? I bought one last week and nova needs to be manually launched everytime the phone is rebooted and it is full of bloat. I am kinda missing the Elephone Trunk i replaced.
have you gone into novas settings and applied aggressive desktop mode?

I owned a Lenovo K800i for nearly 2 years.. after the first year, just after the chinese warrenty expired the bluetooth and wifi chips died and the screen slowly turned a sickly shade of yellow... I've now a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro and its amazing...

That is factually wrong! It will work on o2 in some places (they have some 1800Mhz 4G now), but you cannot say it will work fine on any network in the UK. In any area, just because a network owns bandwidth on 3 frequencies, it does not mean that they have 4G masts using them.
On any UK network with 800MHz 4G (which I believe is all of them), this will give poor coverage in some areas at least (as 800MHz has longest range) - that is a fact. Where it gets 4G, it could be better on a UK spec phone & where it only gets 2G/3G, it could be possible to get 4G with a UK spec phone.

you can use android skin, press and hold free space , preferences, launcher android.
also there are 2x large android system updates to apply. slower than SU6 but more manageable in my pocket and hand.

also for the drawer: press and hold the square key! backwards from SU6 where press and hold was app menu!

I wanted to order from somewhere with a UK base in case I need to return it for a warranty problem.
It comes with a plastic case and a screen protector. Photos with the flash are poor, but other than that it has been fine.
