Just made an excellent kedgeree with some of this - it is indeed very good rice.

Was recently down to this same price at Morrisons (normally £3.20 for the 5Kg), so I gave it a go but without too much hope for it being any good. Normally, broken rice is very starchy and cooks up as a sticky, gloopy, mess. However, this is really good rice; very tasty and surprisingly easy to cook as long as you don't boil it to mush.
