Somehow I've managed to acquire copies of 'The Darkness II' and 'Spec Ops' without actively seeking to. The question then is whether 'Duke Nukem Forever' is worth 75p?

The top tier with Battleborn mus be worth it unless it really is going F2P in which case this is a bit of a cheap shot

The extras will probably be the civ V packs, I have base game already, might take a punt at a fiver. But yeah, first decent bundle I can remember for a long time.

Great bundle - a mixed bag of games but that means there's something for everyone. Worst thing is that I already have most of them, including Borderlands The Pre-Sequel (would be great if it included the DLC here) but I might still get the top tier for Battleborn, even though the fact that it's been bundled 2 months after release is a bit of a concern.

Great bundle, only recently got my gaming PC so bought the full thing. Love the Borderlands series and Mafia II looks good.

Mafia II is one of the best games ever made. From beginning to end you will enjoy it.

They've both very good, though 5 introduced hex grids so it has more freedom of movement.
It's obviously much newer too and still looks very good considering it came out in 2010.

For my money, yes, Civ V is the superior game, but do make sure to get the expansion packs if/when you can - Gods and Kings and, more importantly, Brave New World.

Mafia 2 is outstanding. Amazing game. Considering the bundle mainly for battleborn. What's the numbers like online?

Whilst neither is really my preferred type of game, my understanding is that Overwatch's existence has proved somewhat fatal to Battleborn,

I play overwatch probably too much heh. Just heard it's in a different sort of bracket, and the comparison is a misconception really.

Just bought the top bundle and gifted a few doublers to a mate; great deal this week.

Regardless of Overwatch killing any chance of Battleborn doing well it's still a really good game in it's own right; I see it as a 1st person 5 man instance sim, lots of loot etc to find too. Enjoyed it on the PS4 for a while and part exed it while it was still worth a bit (bought on thegamecollection for £26, part exed a month later for £24 at CEX towards a spare XB360). Plays surprisingly well on my Q8200 with a 660Ti and 8gb ram (Vsync dips it to 30fps during heavy action areas on 1920x1080) considering the PC min spec says an i5 required lol, done the tutorial and the ice prison break run tonight, enjoyed.

Also reading this; https://battleborn.com/en/news/view/en-battleborn-july-update-patch-notes/ new patch coming soon, improves a fair few functions, loads of balancing and tweaks, coming out 21/07 (this Thursday, hurrah)

Gutted - paid £9 for Battleborn alone at the weekend - would have been well worth £2 more to get the Pre Sequel and NBA too - have the rest :smiley:

​Agree with previous comments, mafia II was fantastic, plus I've just picked up borderlands 2 after a good while away and that is great. Mafia 3 on the horizon is very exciting.

Meh, it's ok. Once you get past the circlejerk over the "commentary" it's a mediocre cover based shooter with bad AI.

Paid a few quid for it and glad I didn't pay more. Ok for killing a few hours.

Mafia II is probably one of my favourites game ever. In my opinion the best game soundtrack ever. Played it on 360, but would love a free copy for PC (hint hint anyone)

For me it wasn't much about the game play it was the moral options, and the end way like 'whaaaa!!!?'

It's not connected to the first game at all - it's set 10-15 years later in a different city with different characters. There is one character from the first game that appears at some point, but in such a way that it really doesn't make any difference if you know who he is, although it's a nice touch if you have played the first game. It's a shame that Mafia was removed from Steam and hasn't returned because it was also brilliant and still holds up today. I thought they might have brought it back to Steam when Mafia II came back but no. Maybe they'll sort it out in time for Mafia III's release.

If you're looking to buy XCOM 2, take a look at Green Man Gaming - they have it for £16.79 (£21.29 for the Digital Deluxe version). That's 56% off, rather than 40%.

Looks like a good cause but the people they support get nothing. The charity however ends up loaded. They need to change the way charities work all money should go to a 3rd party and then paid out to the people they support.

9/10 times they are Steam keys . You`ll need a Steam account to redeem the games/keys.
