Well this is spooky! I bought 10 of these last year when they were half price and only got around to putting them up yesterday. I couldn't find two of them (they're somewhere but what with all the cr4p I've bought thanks to HUKD everywhere is cluttered up!) so checked the Argos site last night and they were full price at £25 a pop. Strangely, just checked this morning and they're in the sale! Woooooooooo-ooooooooh, very strange!
These are really lovely lights. Very well made and with proper glass panels. To be fair they're worth the full price but at just £12.49 each a real bargain!

No, just a light.
However, I bought a stand-alone PIR and wired in two of these pumpkin lights using it. Looks great

The design isn't the one pictured. It is the one that is in the other two pics and video, according to the Q&A on the website. Still not bad, just not as nice.
