Not seen those before, look good.

I agree they are good, but you are sometimes limited by the gap between the rear of the plasterboard, batten or clockwork. These only go the depth of the plasterboard plus the depth of the lock wings. Horses for courses as they say.

Worth noting you can make the threaded bolt shorter to avoid hitting a brick wall behind the dot and dab.

The HWA are fine with the setting tool, but still hate the risk of them spinning when tightening.

When used with the setting tool I've never had an issue, I'm rather firm in the setting though!

1 for the hollow wall anchors with setting tool. Found these on my 2nd plasterboard house, and it was like a revelation. Strong as anything!
Will check out HB for these things tho, as the HWAs are a bit full on for lighter applications.

Rigifix are fantastic with dot and dab. I used them recently as well.

Both colours down as 2.29 at my store, but it's probably the poshest location for a Home Bargains in the country.

hung a kitchen with these on plasterboard - no issues.
They're 2.29 in my HB though. I still stocked up. Cheapest anywhere.

Reds were £2.29 and yellows £1.99 in Stafford.

These look pretty awesome to be honest. I live in a new build property and hanging anything of any weight is a nightmare. I have tried a number of heavy duty fittings, even the ones that open out once you start turning the screw but depending on the depth of the cavity between the plasterboard and the brickwork they can often be unusable. As these stay pretty flush to the plasterboard they should be easier to use.
Loved it when Peter Jones pulled the radiator straight off the wall

The plasterboard had got wet if I remember correctly, the inventor could have lost millions through that one so I certainly didn't "love it". Theo did the same to the Trunkie strap, sometimes the Dragons lose out through their own arrogance and stupidity!

Can these be used to reliably put clothes hooks up on the useless hollow doors used by cheap builders?

No, they are specifically made for the thickness of plasterboard

The setting tool makes all the difference though, I got a lidl one years ago and just keep topping up whatever size I've been using.
I've used them on dot and dab palasterboarded walls that have a solid wall behind the platerboard. They bridge the gap between pasterboard and wall to transfer the load to the wall.
I used them with Haceka hooks. No problems at all!
