I have some cheap Levi imitations bought from China ... time to get them altered

Is anyone aware of a similar service with any other brand eg diesel, g star?

Levi shops have always altered free when purchasing

I've bought some Levi jeans online that I need altered. Will Levi's still alter them for free since I didn't purchase directly from them?

I used to work for Levi's and they've done this for years, bear in mind the fit may change with your alteration as some jeans are obviously narrower or wider at the bottom, so if you got hold of some Levi's jeans that were perhaps 4inches too long, had them altered, the fit around the ankle would change.

to confirm this is for Levi's products only, they 100% will not alter other brands.

I'm sure it will be Levi's jeans only, I can't imagine them doing any alterations to a pair of Primark jeans.

Any stores in London do it?

I would assume so, they may still do it but I can't imagine it would be free! Never know your luck!

Might be one of the most random deals I gave heat to: I happen to have a pair of jeans that I need altered but have refrained from doing so because of the expense. Can anyone confirm is this is nationwide?

Didn't know Levi offered this but still good offer for make do and mend service. Hate throwing things away when they can be made for alternative use elsewhere. Cotton have gone up in price so my old jeans can be 3/4 length shorts.:smiley:
