PEOPLE DONT COMPARE THE BED TO ONES OF EBAY OR IF U HAVE ONE SIMILAR THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THIS IS A POUND STRETCHER BED.
BROUGHT ONE LAST WEEK DOUBLE ASSEMBLED IT FRAME IS REALLY REALLY GOOD BUT THE SLATS U HAVE TO POP IN PLACE ARE RUBBISH THEY WILL NOT STAY IN PLACE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PROVIDE U ANYTHING TO KEEP THEM STABLE IN PLACE THE ARE FREE TO MOVE ARKUNF IN THE PLASTIC ATTACHMENTS U GET. I GUARANTEE YOU WHEN YOU PUT THE MATTRESS ON TOP OF THE SLACKS THEY WILL FALL OUT VERY FRUSTRATING THIS IS A SHOW PICE NOT A BED IT IS UNUSABLE AS A BED DUE TO THE FACTIT CANT HOLD A MATTRESS LET A LONE A PERSON. SAVE YOURSELF TIME-AND HASSEL IN REPACKING IT AND SENDING IT BACK PLEASE I HAVE WROTE THIS TO SAVE U HASSEL.

i have this bed frame, lasted about 2.5 years now. Paid about the same off ebay and its a bit fiddily to put together but can't go wrong for £50. No damage to it yet and it doesn't creek or anything when the action starts . Only broke through once but I did jump on it haha.

I bought a similar one from Argos a few years back, it's great.

Wouldn't waste you're money on it, the wooden slats don't take any weight and break as soon as you sit on the bed.
Bought one for my daughter she's only 5'3 and 7 Stone and it only lasted her a couple of months as the slats kept breaking.

Honestly, Freecycle. I was trying to get my son a new bed base, he's quite hard on his beds, typical teen throwing himself around without a care. I found a good double with underbed storage and it's great. Same thing in the shop was £200+. Save the earth a little

I'm not sure of has been altered since, but I bought one of these from poundstretcher about 5 yrs ago (about £80 then).....and it's still going strong now! I don't know why people are saying they are flimsy, mine is really well built, and had loads action in the last five yrs if you know what I mean

Pulling your wood doesn't count. I broke one of these in half during foreplay.

Well you see some people have more active bed time and some more passive bed time... With active one you quickly find how good bed frame is  With this one I would suggest applying corner joints from plywood so that frame keeps it shape

Clue: £49.99.
Btw, title should be edited to say bed 'frame'. This isn't a bed. A bed has a mattress.

"Short legs for easy reach?" Would have thought longer would be better for people that struggle in and out of bed. Everything in Poundstretcher is Hyundai BTW, maybe they've bought the Poundstretcher?

Calling the 'legs' is a bit of a stretch. They're just bits of plywood. The worst is when you have to screw into the plywood to attach the legs. If you get one like that expect to get blisters.
The main support aren't these plywood block legs try're the cheese metal legs of the frame

This is probably about the right price for this. I wouldn't pay much more unless desparate.
It's not what it makes out to be. Flimsy and very poor quality.

Picked one up a couple of weeks ago for a friend. Haven't seen it assembled yet myself but she's well pleased with it, at least as a bed for guests. Branded as Hyundai. Note - they weren't on display in the store but were available from stock room when I enquired. Manager said there wasn't room to display them on shop floor.
