Cheers OP! Mine arrived this morning. It's been used, but cleaned up pretty well. Has a few small dirty spots and a bit of hair in one of the brushes. The tube has a tiny little dent on it too, but nothing you'd notice without close inspection.
Tested it on a bit of carpet before the battery died and seems to be doing a fantastic job so far. Waiting for it to recharge so I can continue. How has my life got to this point of vacuuming anticipation?

only difference i can see is the fluffy has :
Motorised cleaner head
Motorised head cleans all floor types.
Stiff nylon bristles remove ground-in dirt from carpets. Carbon fibre filaments remove fine dust from hard floors.
and absolute has:

Looking at these last week at £220 and then noticed the sudden drop in price, was about to post as well! Awesome, ours just arrived although the power cord was crushed, so they are sending out a new one! Great customer service!

That's the one I was thinking of getting as I have hard floors too, but doesn't the Total Clean come with same soft roller head as the fluffy plus a direct-drive cleaner head? And it's cheaper!
