Aldi cycling socks now 99p for 2 pairs.INSTORE. Full price on shelf, I had them scanned at the till to check the price.
I've tried all makes & prices even merino at nearly £10 a pair but I prefer the Aldi ones, they are very comfortable, stay in shape, wash well & almost indestructible. I've had mine about 10 yrs and they still look like new. Worth a try for 99p. Wigston leicester branch.
Quite a bit of clothing (cycle) reduced now. It's always great quality and very reasonably priced. Some of it is far better than some of the pricer stuff out there in my opinion. Check my other post for c02 cycle tyre inflater now down to £2.99 INSTORE.

Did you get them scanned at the till as they were still marked full price on the shelf when I bought mine.

Not that price in Shipley :disappointed: but hot if you can get them. They are decent socks for the price.

Worst socks I've ever used!
They lost it's shape after two washes
The padding is an layer of material
The elastic around the ankle has become baggy
Save your money and use your normal everyday sock

I've always bought them and never had an issue. Aldi cycling clothing is cheap and good quality. Far better than much more expensive brands in my experience. I would always return items if not up to standard.

Well exactly! I've been cycling for years and have never felt that specialist cycling socks make any difference to how comfortable I feel or how fast I can cycle. What next - specialist cycling underpants? Specialist cycling shoelaces??

Suggest for washing using this stuff, epic and can get from some of the local big retailers too:

Hundreds of great reviews on Wiggle £5.99. Sainsburys £4.00 but online I think. Thanks for the info. :-)

This socks are the best for cycling. I notice no more sweaty feet, the ride was dry all the way.

great socks, extra padding under the ball of the foot. I got a pair last year thinking that I'd just give them a try.
None left when I went back :disappointed:

I'm guessing that comes from some sort of "scally lad" dodgy website! I've seen the ebay listings.... :stuck_out_tongue:

I always wash them at 40°c with same colour stuff. My more expensive ones haven't faired so well. Looking sad after a couple of years.
