Usually price varies around £20+ so looks like a very good deal if you need it before the rainy season jumps in.

Try looking at Osmo products not cheap (no really there not cheap) but excellent used for years inside and out.

I bought two tins of silver birch from Amazon last week. In the morning the were around £15, back down to 11.99 at night then back up again. If the colour you want isn't there, keep checking. They seem to fluctuate quite a bit

water-based. Buy Liberon products which totally outperforms the other brands especially as decking oil.

Someone told me Ducksback is water-based, so it washes off. Oil-based paint apparently adheres more to wood. Too late for me. Painted all scaffolding planks for raised beds on allotment with it, having wire-brushed them all first. It has flaked off on all.
Veggies doing very well though!

used this exact one last week, got decking 3m x 4.2m and to do two coat I had to buy 3 tins. (got about half a tin left).
Nice finish tho, happy with it. Dry's darker than application.

very good price. I used this paint on a project two years ago good coverage though paint did not stick properly - did peal after a short time in heavy foot traffic areas. In comparison liberton decking oil is much better though need to be applied every year.

I'd consider it too if it doesn't need done every year, otherwise why not us the cheap stuff

might give this a try, after 10 years of using ronseal decking stain I have managed to get most of it off so was on the lookout for an alternative, reviews are so so. I have come to the conclusion we don't have the proper climate in UK for decking and no matter what you use it needs to be done every year.

Amazon have price matched, but only on "Urban Slate" (Grey)

Ak. 12 miles away for my nearest as my local 2 are out.
Just painting some kids adventure swing set thing outside, so this would have been perfect!

I used on the fence and shed last year around September. Still there with no problems and it is in the same colour with the decking now so win - win.

Ok I know what it says on the tin…. But would this be any good on the sides of an old wooden shed? … I used some ‘shed’ stuff last year (Ducksback?) and its flaking off in some areas already … this sounds tougher and the offer makes it similar price.
