If you click on "This app is compatible with some of your devices." it shows a drop down of your devices. Unfortunately according to that it won't work with the shield.

Ohhhh memoriiiiiieees. Not sure you can convincingly drive with the finite skill required for a rally game with a clumsy tablet interface though. :/

Always loved these games on the playstation when I was younger, ashame this isn't on IOS for me but heat none the less! RIP the legend and his young son, I was gutted when I found out the news all those years ago.

If a playstation emulator is on IOS, you could play the PS1 version.
Just a suggestion.
Colin Mcrae Rally 1 was awesome in those days and still is.
Of course, playing games on tablets/phones will reduce
battery life and capacity over time as it heats up which slowly reduces battery function.
PC emulation is a better option though, even though the PC
has its own version of Colin MCrae Rally. :smiley:

The link above misses a really good one, the xiaomi controller, it is about 15-20£ though plus waiting for delivery.

Also of you have a playstation or xbox joystick around there are some workarounds so you can use those, Google is your friend for that.

worked fine on my s6 I also downloaded the Samsung app gamer tuner and open the game from there it saves your battery and makes the game run better.

Great for 10p but it wasn't until I'd paid and installed it that it warned me they don't advise running it on my device (Samsung Note 10.1 2014) as it's not fully compatible. Usually apps say they're not compatible and block purchase! Would have been a bit miffed if I'd paid full price and found that out.

So be aware, it may not run correctly even if it lets you buy.

HAS ANYONE TESTED IT WITH A GAMEPAD? THE ANSWER IS CLEARLY NO!

Also there is no option in game settings to assign a controller either.
