Be warned, I booked a hotel through the Earnaway program (a recent Hot Deals posting) and it wasn't tracked Have had to make a claim which could take up to 12 weeks after the stay. Blood from a stone comes to mind, for a £20 cashback!

Hopefully, you will get it sorted. My personal experience was with the Travelodge offer in April (posted here).
Tracked within couple of hours. Had a free night in May and within a month, money was paid to my bank.
