I am going to guess it's a price match of the eBuyers deal but available for Prime users so might be a good deal. Cheaper than having to go to the local internet cafe to have documents printed in the not so long run.

Ink jets are never good for occasional use - by the time you need to use it the inkjet heads have dried up. I've wasted so much money on cheap ink jets I wouldn't like to calculate it - I've now bought a cheap colour laser which is way more cost effective in the long run.
