Is the multiplayer for this still good? I've been wanting to get a COD type game for ages on Steam but MW1 2 and 3 are so darned expensive. It seems Ghosts is the last time the franchise seems good to me.

Absolute bargain!
It was all right actually, reminiscent of MW2 and 3 more so than any other CoD. Can't remember much about the single player but like all CoDs you can play it in a session or two and have fun.

Taken the plunge, it's quite the experience and learning curve to get it feeling right having only ever played COD on consoles. I really wonder why I never took a shine to FPS games on PC sooner considering I play just about anything else on PC.

No, I never really liked aim assist so it's not actually the issue, it's the muscle memory side of things and having to think about the controls I'm using. I'm well used to playing games like Fallout and even a bit of Quake back in the day on PC but obviously there is a learning curve for a new game and the key bindings that go with it.

Worst CoD of all time! Ghosts has terrible maps and plays like an inferior version of MW3...and MW3 was bad enough already, as that version of CoD felt like you were playing via an emulator. Right, I'm off to preorder CoD4. They can't ruin that in the remastering can they?
