Heat added for the price but I loved the old Time Outs so it's a shame Cadburys changed them. Obviously not OP's fault so still a good deal.

Yes and no. A Time Out bar is now discontinued and no longer made like this.
Cadbury said they weren't a good seller anymore so they've been changed to a Time Out Wafer, with the chocolate ripple layer inside replaced with more wafer. Like this
