oh my apologies. I read the reviews myself and the positive out weighed the negative and they have 98.7% positive feedback out of 43'544. But I apologise if anyone suffers a bad experience from this.

Sorry to hear this. Will you have to pay for the postage to send it back, or are they sorting it out?

Has anyone received a new version of this TV then in perfect condition? Quite a few have been sold - I imagine most via this website.

Just a word of warning for you all, I ordered this it was advertised as new. When it arrived the screen was damaged, the packaging was not adequate inside causing movement. The power cord was already inserted into the back of the TVs. The remote already had batteries inserted and manuals TVs feet screws and remote were in a unsealed sandwich bag. Please look at the feed
back before you consider purchasing. This was advertised on the site as brand new I can honestly say I have seen better television dumped at the recycling centre. Buy at your peril.

So, what do we reckon on this? I think I am about to pull the trigger and purchase. Wouldn't mind someone who owns this set giving an opinion..
Thanks

Do notes not order this company are scammers they list as brand new I ordered and received my TVs yesterday they came damaged poorly packaged. Look at there negative feedback first and avoid. You would get better quality tv at the recycling centre
I've got the 50 inch version Hisense TV and it's very good. Admittedly the apps on their built in store are a it poo apart from Netflix and YouTube which both run at a good speed and work no problem. Would recommend it to others, I know there would be people that moan about any TV and say things like the polarity of the stereo sound doesn't smell like the picture of 4K or some rubbish like that, but hey enjoy the tv for what it is and not pick faults.

Anyone had any experience using these TVs as monitors? Are you able to change the sharpness settings, etc?

I had 3 of the Seiki's all with dead pixel issues - one even came without the feet and manual! Not impressed with the quality and I think I'll be going for this hisense after it's good reviews and all round good reports on the manufacturer. Paying that little bit extra for longevity is priceless :man:

Yes, you're correct. Other 2 ports aren't 60hz compatible at 4K. Taken from Trusted Reviews:

I have the H50M3300 and love it (not sure what @dilbertov is talking about, after some small config changes my picture is great for all content.... light and dark). Take a look at this thread for more comments.

Hope it is better than the Hisense H40M3300 4K which I bought and returned last week: Although it is possible to get a good picture with most programmes, using menu settings, trying to get anything watchable on dark BR movie footage (think Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, etc.) is impossible. I've trawled through all options and combinations, visited AV forums and tried everything (I work in IT and video, so not a noob at this stuff). The results in partial shadow areas are simply dire. Banding, artefacts, and just dreadful colour casts (mainly yellow and green) are impossible to remove.

Taking a gamble on this one for a tv in the bedroom.
They might have done a good job sponsoring the hell out of euro 2016 as in my easily led ways I think these will be of an ok quality while giving half decent quality
Although i hope these are better quality than tescos digihome specials
