Don't be so defensive. It's a deal on the internet that HKUD, not you, are making money from. All you get is internet points. Which last time I check have a similar monetary value to empty crisp packets.

Well, I never got a reply to 2 emails I sent them re: returns on ebay. I ended up packaging the items up with a cover note and the delivery note, and sending back via Collect+ and going to hope for the best.
After some digging, it seems that's the way it has to be done;
How do you return the items? Got a few things I don't like/don't fit. Do I have to request a return on every item individually via ebay or can I email a list of the items I want to send back?
