Your body won't thank you for it in about 20 years! Over time, eating 3 eggs a day will cause more problems than these biscuits will. A lot of research still tells us there is a risk eating too many.

You're right- 4 biscuits do have around 200 calories.
Three boiled eggs and a cup of tea will also keep you going until lunch, and also contain around 200 calories- but without the huge amount of sugar, refined flours, soya lecithin, E472e, E492 etc.
Try it tomorrow morning- your body will thank you for it.

These types of products didnt exist until 2010.

That is weird, I'm sure 4 of them have just around 200kcal, and they keep me going the whole morning until lunch... So I think energy_income-wise they'r not that bad...

Personally i prefer the softbakes....nice for a mobile breakfast....not so frequently on offer though...:disappointed:
