They released a hero shooter the same time as Overwatch. It was bound together be a failure from r no other reason than Overwatch having the power of blizzard behind it

I mean i think it is, but please tell me this is sarcasm. Pitchford is one of if not the biggest tool in video games. He still to this day denies colonial marines was bad and says it is people on a personal vendetta against him.

Anybody own this on ps4 or xboxone? What's the player base like right now?...easy enough to get an online campaign game? Also, doesn't this have split screen couch co-op too?
Played the beta and it wasn't that bad.
Also, overwatch is awesome and all but in serious need of more maps rather than new characters right now.
And a patch to fix competitive mode...so sick of players leaving mid game. The game has bot support ffs why not just auto add those to replace the ones that drop out. Crazy.

Agreed overwatch has been well optimised for ps4, I play it on ps4 with no urge to buy the PC version, I like that I have the option to sell a game once I have finished with a game, sadly the major downside to PC gaming, you cannot resell the key

Quality game , I had it on Ps4 originally , but it is 30FPS , so I sold it bought it on PC and boy what a difference , 60FPS , if you have the choice , use CDKeys and buy the PC version , but still a great option for PS4 users

Its weird that Overwatch a more demanding and better visuals effects than Battleborn is 60fps on consoles yet not this. Its probably the engine Battleborn is using etc

It's a shame this was overlooked by many, I enjoyed it but soon after the hype for overwatch was massive and it seems people just waited for that to come out.
I own both games and both are extremely fun, overwatch is a better game imo but they are different enough to warrant owning both. Totally agree with you mate.

All they had to do was shelf the game for six months and polish it a bit more. Instead they decided to launch it 3 weeks before a similar looking game that had massive buzz. It was stupid on their part and they're paying the price.

I own probably close to 1000 games on all platforms and Overwatch is my only constant daily play just now and completely replaced CS GO for me. Only had 2 weeks were I was bored with it. If the game is still getting regularly patched and updated with stuff which I expect from Blizzard, I reckon I'll still be playing it periodically in 3 years. You can't say that about many games.

thats coz you dont own many games mate.
its really small and boring, most the map area is wasted, the matches are short, theres only a few modes and half the heroes are not balanced, its boring, battlefield and cod are better than this and i dont even like cod lol...

hmmm... You know, this might end up being a GWG/IGC contender sooner, rather than later...
It could be a win/win for Sony & Gearbox too (PS4 having the larger install base); Gearbox get some revenue from the PS+ subsidy deal, Sony gets a relatively new AAA/retail title (that they usually get flack for not providing) for one month.
