I've emailed them a few times and they are useless as someone different replies every time and they don't understand what I mean about it being on sale on another link but one did say they won't match the price. They contacted the buying team again to speed things up. I really don't think we'll be getting it so I'm just going to get the 3 storey townhouse instead but not from amazon.

That's what I don't get, how do they have to wait for them to come back in stock when they clearly do have them in stock at the higher price. I emailed them and their reply was he will contact the buying team and request they are brought back into stock as soon as possible.

Hi i noticed that also, i phoned them up and asked if i could have one of those as they had them in stock for a different price but they were having none of it said i had to wait until stock came in,when i checked back they had changed delivery time to we will send you an email with estimated delivery date.

ive had an email today that they are still trying to source but it seems to refer to a dining set...not a glam getaway house? its also showing the dining set on my order history. email order confirmation shows the house.

Just checked and guess what? they have the Barbie Glam Getaway House in stock but it's £37.86 now. I've sent them an email, I'm hoping they allow it at the £11.99 price but if not I'll just cancel.

Hopefully, I just checked my order status and it's changed from "preparing to dispatch" last night to "Delivery date pending" and "You'll get an email as soon as we can provide you with a delivery estimate." It's a Christmas present anyway so if it does arrive then that's a bonus.

I just came on to ask the same thing. Mine has said due 1st of September for a while now for delivery but still saying not dispatched. The photo for it disappeared for a while now it's been replaced with a different one and says currently unavailable. I haven't been charged for it so I have a feeling I won't be getting it.

Lol, I need to learn how to do this. Everytime I buy toys, I end up giving them straight away. I love seeing their faces light up, and then twenty minutes later, they're happily playing with the packaging :wink:
