Seems like a very good price.
Main advantages are Core M processor and 12.5" screen and I think anything less than that is not enough if you want to use it as a laptop.
All other places I've checked have it for significantly more.

Nice find, looks good for a ultra light hybrid :stuck_out_tongue: Wish they'd actually list the Core M's base frequency though. 800mhz isn't as rosey as the "up to 2ghz" figure which is the only one they list!

Hi, can I ask which Dell model you're deciding between so I can compare too

iTS good but keyboard is strangely heavy .. only one USB3 port/dongle.. Battery life is ok, but not great. Upgrades to Win10 easily, You get a stylus Pen with it too, which I have yet to find a use for. Disk inside is a real SSD (i110??). Only 802n wi-fi rather than 802ac but still pretty good speeds.
Would have liked a backlit keyboard.
Case is all metal. 7.5/10

Ebuyer were doing the 8gb version for £350 recently and that came with an even better screen. So I would personally wait for the price to drop a bit more for this model.
Bought mine from Very in April at £229.99 so not really a good deal from me obviously. Until it comes down to the Very price I doubt if it will attract much heat. For an extra £50.00 recently for the higher spec processor and screen I think that model would be a better buy for an extra 50 quid. However I am highly delighted with mine although Asus have made a massive mistake by not give it a full size USB port. Who cares if that would have made it 1mm thicker. Dedicated charger too makes it a bit of a pain for home use.
A cracking laptop - glad I read your link. I got my son a i5 transformer trio which has been fine. Was hoping to get myself something similar.

Odd this has just gone hot. Went out of stock ages ago. Now discontinued. Expiring.....

Cold from me, if it's anything like the 10" one, then it doesn't have a full size USB port.

No it doesn't but all is not lost. It has a USB 3 type B micros usb, the same one as on portable hard drives and Samsung S5 etc. I hated this at first but I found a workaround. You do get a little hub with the laptop with gives you two standard type A (full size) usb ports. The one advantage thought with the micro type-b usb port is you can use any device that has micro usb on it which is most android phones, tabs etc. What I did was just get a couple of converter leads from ebay for the items I plug in often which require a full size usb socket. Only downside is if I want to plug in more than one item as I have to use the Asus hub which I don't like.

Dell Latitude 7350 is similar. has backlit keyboard, excellent screen, optional extra battery in keyboard. £339, ebay item 131872617326 (refurbished with 2yr dell warranty). Have bought 3, for myself and family, highly recommended.

Very good alternative, this is where I would be spending my money... although it's a bit less sexy

Last time around (3 months or so back), the same model was on sale for £379.98, so think it is a decent deal.
