24" IPS under £100 from a good brand? Sounds like a deal to me.
£94.97 inc vat + £4.95 delivery. Though their website seems to want you to ring them and ask for Free Delivery...
There are similar monitors on offer for a similar price but non-IPS. I'd say the IPS feature might make it worth going for this one.
I have a different AOC IPS monitor and am impressed by it, reviews on this one seem good too.
I don't know the difference between the VWM model (this one) and the VW model from Amazon for £99.99 prime (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00JLBFTNM) or a little more non-Prime. Student discount of 5% applies at Amazon if you're in that scheme, making it £94.05 Prime.
Does the VW one not have speakers?
UPDATE: price keeps changing but should be under £100

Hot from me, Bought two.
2% cashback from Quidco (would just about cover a credit card transaction fee) 2% is based on VAT exclusive price and doesn't include postage. Ccard fee =1.5% on total - £1.55 cash back on one monitor, Ccard fee £1.47 on one monitor. Better than a poke in the eye I suppose.
8/7/16 Just had email - order cancelled - out of stock

Ordered two of these and they arrived today..
One has a scratch on the back and a bolt for the stand missing and both have the wrong power cables for the sockets. What a joke..

It is for sale here (slightly dearer) with the same blurb (2x Hdmi and 2w speakers) but in tech spec : 1x hdmi and no speakers. I have no idea what's true. My *guess* is that tech spec is wrong and blurb is right - but how can that be?!?!!
Can anyone assist?
I have this the mhl port just means you don't need to add additional USB power

If this is the same panel as the 23" version then this will actually go up to a 75hz refresh rate which is a nice bonus. Couldn't get MHL to work with my S5 either without using a proper MHL cable (which defeats the object of the MHL port).
MHL port should be a full size HDMI one so 2 inputs. Viewing angles are great and colour reproduction is good.

I have student discount so Amazon is better but what is the model difference

This only has one HDMI input by the look of it.

Their tech specs are a joke. The description refers to the wattage of the built in speakers and the tech specs say it doesn't have them. Might be a reason to return it it isn't as described though...

Just bought 2. Great reviews all round, as a graphic designer I have been waiting for a good priced IPS monitor that has a VESA mount for a long time now. Also really like the design of the AOC monitors.
Couldn't be arsed to phone them for "more discounts" as I am sure there was too much hassle for me to deal with to save £5 on delivery
