This is a email template that I have created and saved for occasions like this.
Just go in your order details, select the item and choose to contact them using the email option.
I found it far better to use the Email method rather than Chat as it only takes 30 seconds to copy, paste, amend and send the email.
"Hi received this toy yesterday. When I placed the order it was £x.xx and noticed that it is £x.xx now.
In the past Amazon always offered a goodwill refund in these situations when the price drops within a week of ordering.
Please could you see if you could do the same again and issue a refund for the drop in price. Thanks! "

ryu looks great and one of me favs,cant believe how cheap some of the animal crossing ones are now,who remembers stayin awake till gone 3am for game website pre orders to go live,or when little mac showed up in stock once in a blue moon,kind of miss those days a bit :smile: bent corner not worth nowt now haha :stuck_out_tongue:
