I paid £25 for mine which has the magnetic feet. Great for working inside dark panels. It provides loads of light and the 12v charger means I can charge it between jobs should it run out.

I got 10 and they were £15.99 each, still a bargain as we get through loads of these at work.

Still showing at £11.49 for me, was that collecting? You might want to give them a call, it should be the £11.49 price for collecting in store.

Any idea how this would compare in brightness to the standard 150w incandescent work lights?

5w is a bit low, 10w is about right

Picked up a 10w one on Amazon Prime day, very pleased with it, would not want any less though.

Have you looked at them before? Have you cleared your cache. I've tried it on a couple of different devices phone, laptop and tower. This still shows at £11.49 for all of them. Even when I don't use the link and go on to the website and search for work lights.

Try it with a new screwfix account, that might work.

Is it any good?
How long will it run for & how long will it hold a charge for?
Would have thought it would have delivered more than 420 lumens but still tempted...

Nice, 3 left at my local and I ordered two of them as this is much more useful than trying to position a torch on the floor

Is it a good deal when you can get a 10w on ebay for £13.99 delivered?
No idea but looks the same has a charger and is water resistant and comes with 2 year warranty

The ebay deal looks slightly better but you should take into account that the Screwfix light will perform as described/stated.
Ebay lights are always over rated, using lower power/grade LED's and the batteries are suspect, as are the chargers. I know the Ebay listing states everything is CE marked and all the rest of it but I know which light I'd trust more.

Reserved and picked up, going to use it for a camping light. Surprisingly no charge in it whatsoever but did plug in and was able to try straight away. Nice and bright and heat added.

Yep, agree. The only aspect I can't really comment on is how long the charge lasts but performance and build quality wise it seems a fantastic piece of kit for the money.
For reference I also have a 240v 10W LED floodlight in my garage (bought off eBay), just ran them side by side if anything I would say this unit is slighter brighter. For a worklight this unit is more than powerful enough for most applications.

Had one of these, the only thing they don't like is when you drop one during operation. Hot led then disconnects from pcb.... Maybe that's why they discounted it to get rid off... Don't get me wrong these are excellent lights, but be careful not to drop or hit them whilst they are on

Pretty happy with this on first impressions....
Quick question for anyone in the know, the label says it should not be used when charging, yet it does turn on when charging. Any ideas why it should not be used when charging?

Probably to prevent overloading the charger. Using it when on charge will probably put extra load on the charger, especially if the battery is flat as you'll be running the lamp as well as the charging circuit.
