You could chance your arm at a school or leisure centre but it may be worthwhile getting an inexpensive pump. You can get them from ebay cheap enough: Football Pump.
Sometimes you will need to add extra air to the ball as they deflate over time. It could be more hassle running to someone to do this each time.
