Do some research, these would be counter productive to helping with Achilles problems. The height and narrowness wouldn't help at all, you're better of with flatter ones with mem foam sole. Look up Pavers, that's probably better for you that these will ever be.

They're more expensive but they're a better quality and overall look much better imo.
