Where are people's manners these days? Even if this was an online deal, the poster has taken time out of their day to post a deal to help the community, if you are having a problem finding the item instead of just voting cold with a rude comment please post a question - in my experience the HUKD community are excellent at helping other members out .

Hi Andy, respect for acknowledging the efforts of the OP. The points of the other members about posting no deals though is somewhat relevant here - if you post an in store deal - HUKD automatically adds the link to the retailer's site. You can try this yourself if you click the "submit" button and select "offline deal" you will see that there is no longer a field to enter a link - so it's unfair to vote cold on in-store deals because of the way the system automatically adds the link to the retailer.

I usually do, but that day there were so many in store only deals with pointless links, I got fed up with it and voted cold, which I don't do very often. But you tell me how many times you've looked at the picture, scanned the title and clicked the link. There is NO point in putting a link to a page that doesn't have the deal on it. I will not be looking back at this page again, so you lot can flame me as much as you like. I have made my point and it is correct. FLAME ON. Thanks again OP for posting a good deal.

Your comment does describe you well. If I told you about a deal only available in store at Aldi, you would want to look for it on the Aldi website.

So what's the point in a link to the site then. I tells you in the title where to buy it from, you can't use the link to buy it so it's pointless adding the link.

Not all that great for a camera, but if you aren't too picky, the price is good.

Much like their "£30 Go Pro!!!" that went hot last month, I imagine this will be poor quality, with shoddy stabilisation etc. If you actually intend to use it regularly, for anything more than a few holidays snaps, save your money and get a better one, otherwise it's £17 down the drain.

I had one of these and it was poor. Might of been a bad copy so worth a punt as aldi are great with returns

I guess you might want to record sounds near whales; though that's pretty specialised.

No issue with it being 8mp unless you need to enlarge photos to say A0 size and above. Allot is down to the sensor accuracy / quality and quality of the lens.

With it being waterproof, being able to record sound isn't as common a feature.

Could you give us the product make/model/code please? I'll be going Scuba Diving on holiday and have a cheap go-pro but wouldn't mind a camera for stills also.

We've got this camera, and it's great for the price.

Used it in both sea water and a swimming pool, it records sound too

Great for taking a few holiday snaps at the beach or when snorkeling

Definitely signs of animosity creeping into this site in recent weeks/months IMHO.
