Yes when you apply power to them, as a bonus they turn into nighttime version when you take away power.

Replaced all my bulbs in the house with these and have been spot on, had them for 7 months now. Nice and bright!
I have Cool White in the kitchen and Warm White in all the other rooms, highly recommended!

Can you recommend any cool white and daylight from CPC? Preferably dimmable ones. Thanks

I get my 60w LED bulbs from the pound shop. Did my full house for £10. They're spot on

Same here.
The pound shop ones seem just fine.

Which shop did you get them from? Are they 9W? So if they cost a pound each it must be a better deal than this one.

The pound shop lights don't last very long. I bought 3 bayonet type ( 2 different 5W types ) and all 3 failed within a couple of months.
The screwfix ones are much brighter ( 806 lumens compared to under 500 lumens ) and none have failed so far. They are well worth the extra cost.

No, warm or cool white only though CPC do daylight lamps fairly cheaply.
Always a good deal. Added bonus of switching over from regular bulbs now is it helps to reduce the heat a little!

Great bulbs. Got both types. Cool white in bulkhead security lights outside and garage.

Why not try both. I only use daylight as I find warm white dim and dirty. Each to their own.

Definately go for warm white, cool white is VERY STARK WHITE.

This is for a pack of 5 (not 5 packs!).
I have these all over the house & they are brilliant. Don't hesitate to buy them, just keep the receipt should you need it.
3% cashback from Quidco too.

Thank you. From what I've read warm seems to be more for home use and cool/white for business/commercial use.
Heat added. Great price.

Which bulbs are best for indoor home use? White, Warm White or Cool White. Not sure which ones to get as they are all the same price.

Depends what you want
Warm white is more yellowy so gives glow of a candle
Cool white is more bluish so cant look clinical / harsh

806lm claimed, so yes, 60w equivalent. Good price, heat added.

no idea what the first bit means but from buying these last time they are bright and are instant full brightness unlike the old style energy efficient tubey ones
