Why is it so hard for staff to accept them? Do area/branch managers not drill down messages from top to bottom as regards to internal memos about promotions & T&C's that impacts customers? Think of Lidl consistency.

No idea, she sounded a right miserable one. If we all ring up & ask perhaps they'll change this, I've complained too.

That's right, we should all make a date & time on a weekly basis to jam their switchboard in protest for annoying customers with their non-consistent business policy on voucher promotions. We should fight for our consumer rights & cause anarchy throughout the Lidl empire.:laughing:

Bring them to their knees, teach them not to thingy with us :laughing:

They really needs to clean their baskets,there filthy ; much and all as having a hate of the big supermarkets at least they have clean baskets.

Finally managed to print off my voucher. I bet they'll tell me I can't use it & I'll fight them to the death. Thanks op :smiley:

If the FREE METRO publication is available in the locality of your local LIDL - then they shouldn't reject the copy
However, if there's NO FREE METRO available in the locality of your local LIDL - you're probably the first customer to try to use it - THIS month!
Just wait 'till next week, by which time the voucher will have been available in the Daily Mail and already been submitted multiple times! :wink:

Bear in mind the waste Metros at most stations aren't going to be collected until Monday, so worth passing your station to see if there are any left tonight/tomorrow morning!!
