The code can only be applied once for a single transaction so I got around this problem by going onto the voucher codes website on a different phone (I assume going to private mode or clearing history would do the same) but j had my iPad on hand so I used that instead and used the website to generate another code which I used for this purchase.

Sorted now, you have to be a 'new customer' so signed up for a new account... got the 90 toilet rolls plus 15 kitchen rolls.. .thanks for your reply!

hi! After sign in into groupon i managed to apply the code successfully, after that i had to go outside and left the website (payment/checkout page) open. i came back after 15-20 mins i tried to enter the card detail it gave me error its for new customer only. In my groupon account its showing me as a pending transaction. I tried to cancel the purchase thru groupon app. but no joy. Is my order stuck in the loop?? My problem is that payment haven't gone thru and i am not able to apply the code for new order as it is assuming that i have already place the order!! Any suggestion how to apply code without creating new account?

Make three separate accounts, on your one account refer the other two accounts and then make the purchase on the other two accounts for the 45x toilet paper + 15 kitchen roll for £8.98 and since the original price of this was £18.98 then your first account will get a £6 referral credit. Since you purchased the 45x/15x combo twice then you should get £12 credit. Then use this credit to purchase another set of toilet roll and voila, three sets for the price of two.

I have now got it to work at long last and have no idea why all of the other codes were rejected as not valid! Used code UNG52QDX which is a £10 off £15 spend (although I had already tried one of those posted earlier).

Once the code had been accepted and the discounted total shown, it then wanted my phone number before it would proceed - not a problem but it stated optional when I signed up.
It then asked if my address details were correct. I had filled them in normally using auto-fill, but it wanted them all in upper case.

A bit of a challenge, but a great deal. Thanks OP. :smile:

P.S. If all else fails, there is a live chat button showing at the bottom of the order page - was about to try it, but the above code worked.

NO. There is no meaningful information from the groupon track button page. I received no further communication from seller. It just came.

There was no tracking number in my groupon account. I called up and they gave me a tracking number to enter into Yodel website.
There I can see that it has been despatched by Groupon and is currently at Yodel depot.

I just contacted Groupon to get the tracking number with Yodel but Yodel website says it will be with me latest of the 27th July but then they are waiting for the parcel from the supplier to get to their depot, it was ordered 3 days ago....confusing :confused:

Thanks Jagga. I used Groupon Live Chat and was given a link with a tracking number - then the live chat person swiftly closed the chat!

On checking the Yodel tracking in the link it shows that delivery will be on or before the 27th (today), but according to the other info it is still with sender and has not reached Yodel Depot, never mind with Courier.

Yodel Live Chat constantly busy but after many tries eventually got through. They told me to contact Groupon as they only had the paperwork but not the parcel and ended the chat before I could ask anything else.

Contacted Groupon live chat again and don't know why I bothered. Had a parrot that kept stating to allow 7 days for delivery. Yes, I understand that but why is Yodel showing delivery on or before the 27th. Allow 7 days for delivery. I have given you the tracking number. It is showing in your Groupon account. No it isn't. I will pass your comments on to the right department. Allow 7 days for delivery (by which time I am singing the over and over again song)! If you haven't received anything after 7 days, contact us again.

I am no nearer knowing when delivery will be (except that it should be within 7 days)!

There are tracking details available on the Groupon site. When you go into My Groupons>Deals you will see "Track Package" in blue underneath the green "View Details" button :smiley:

I can see Order Number and Order UUID but no Tracking Number, which is a bit weird. Not sure how up to date the Tracking Page is though. Mine simply says "Order Received" on 24th July.

My tracking no. is now showing online. Courier is Yodel and Tracking no. begins with JD. Mine was shipped from London July 25th, 2016 - 13:25 PM BST.

After my going around in circles chat this morning, I have just checked the Yodel page again and nothing has changed.

The Groupon account page now has the tracking details showing (after the agent this morning said he would report it to the right department) that the item was shipped with Yodel on Mon 25th! Odd that Yodel said they only had paperwork and no package.

Can't bear to speak to either live chat again, so will just have to wait to see when/if they turn up within the 7 days. I don't mind waiting, but I bet they turn up on the one day there will be nobody in and no immediate neighbour around to take them in.
