Good price for a 32GB USB.3. Couple of unimpressive reviews in Amazon for a different model(8GB) though but altogether 4/5 in 53 reviews. Slide and Lock mechanism protects the USB connector.Looking good.

unfortunatly a 'what do you expect for the money' attitude dose not make it right
Calling it usb 3, when it is little better than usb2 is misleading customers, which there are laws about.
As it would work with USB 2, selling that way might be a better option, what do others say?

a read speed of 80MB/s is faster than USB2's theoretical maximum, therefore it must have a USB3 storage controller. it's not really misleading, it's just a low-end USB3 drive, which the price reflects.

True. They are poor. Toshiba's USB 3 are far worse though. Most makers thought they'd get away with write speeds not much better than USB 2, and only some even now are updating them to be FAR faster. (like Lexar and SanDisk for example -who were every bit as bad)

like most products, the faster you want it to go, the more you have to pay for it. what were you expecting for £6.25?
