As already discussed on this thread, the Argos eBay listing clearly states that the item is 'Brand New With a 12 Month Argos Guarantee'. I personally wouldn't class 'NEW OLD STOCK', especially a bottle of aftershave that may have been previously opened as brand new. The eBay listing states that the item condition is 'New' (unused, unopened and undamaged). Why don't you pursue a refund through eBay/PayPal on the grounds that the item you received was not as described? The process is quite straightforward.
For what it's worth, I ordered two of the 007 aftershaves for Christmas stocking-fillers (too early?), but both arrived looking fairly second-hand. The boxes are sealed but both are creased and bashed, looking like they were damaged in transit. Mine were sent in a grey mailer bag with zero padding or protection, which I think is poor. That said, for less than £6 a bottle, they'll do for work.

Sorry I just used the word aftershave as generic "something that makes men smell nice". EDT always sounds to me like something for us girls!

Surprisingly nice stuff for the price. Great smell but I suspect the branding puts a lot of people off it ie it's good enough to wear as a serious fragrance!
