Just bought 7 packs of these for £7.
May well be local only but could be national, at this price it's worth checking, they're usually £13 a pack.
I took what was on the shelf in the Shrewsbury store, but they may have more in stock, i didn't ask.

Had just checked the back of the package and it is showing batch manufactured in 2009. It may be the reason of clearance.

At least one other person has found them in another store, and confirmed that it appears to be an unmarked rebrand clearance, so it doesnt look like it's store specific. i only took the ones on one shelf. There may have been more on other shelves or in stock out back.

Half an hour ago managed to get find one (2400mAh AA for £1) at the one in Calcot, there are plenty of the 1300mAh AA version but on original price £13. It appears the 2400mAh is old product and the new product has different package look and feel.

Used to need these more when I had my older apple keyboard and mouse but the new ones have batteries. Still these would come in very handy with the various remotes.

Got about 20 packs several years back of the 2650mah versions of these from a Tesco somewhere in Dorset for £1 a pack (they had huge baskets full). They worked well for a while but after a couple of years none of them would hold the charge any more. Can't complain for the price though!

There were two types in store, looks like these were being replaced by a rebrand. Hence the low price. Did you buy the exact ones in the pic? Im sure others would be interested in knowing for certain that it's local only.
