So I didn't end up returning my August box, Instead I collected all the items that I didn't want & wouldn't use from the June, July & August box and put them on ebay. I ended up selling for a pretty good price that I was quite surprised with so made my money back for the unwanted August box and kept the bits that I did want.

Thanks, yeah I'm not a Hermes fan either, this was a good deal but feel a little cheated by the dispatch of the August box, I won't return though as it seems ok value for money and I can't be bothered with the hassle, but will be cancelling asap

I was actually quite impressed with the August box, some nice bits and in a lovely case. But it's just the principle of being charged and not being told, I don't think the August box is quite worth £12.95 in my opinion. It might to others who use those brands and makeup but to me its not. :smiley: #plainjane

Yes got the August box today - When I asked them to cancel dispatch and refund me. I did however get this response from them via email & I will be sending this back for a refund. They didn't state at any point during subscription that the 1st was the billing date for the next one! Tut :neutral_face:

They replied to me saying on the 1st of every month we get billed for the next box. I replied saying well I ordered my first July box on 29th and was not told at all when the billing date was for the next one so I want a refund and to stop the august dispatch. If they don't i will call my bank and create a chargeback claim as I did not give permission for that money to come out at that point in time.
Got an email for Dispatch now and it is hermes..... great! My last Hermes parcel ended up at the wrong street and the lovely lady came round to give it to me! Eurgh - Sorry everyone, total mess!

Logged in today to check dispatch details - still says order processing. But i noticed as today is the 1st they have charged me for August box. I suppose my own fault as I didnt cancel subscription but I wanted to wait until dispatch was confirmed. I've emailed their customer services to stop dispatch of the August box and request refund. Have also now cancelled subscription.
