I'm going to go through the catalogue Screwfix sent me listing every reduced item.
Mind you 4 out of 12 deals posted going hot is a high % compared to Hass' normal ratio.

It came through the post today, no idea if it's rapeseed or not, it just says pure vegetable oil

Couldn't be asked to make one mega thread. Anyways I posted what I thought was the best on the leaflet through the post, some offers on there weren't as good such as "extra mature cheddar 1kg for £4"

He has obviously been to Farmfoods and wants to share what deals he thinks are there with people . If you dont like that then don't come on a website dedicated to people posting deals would be my advice .

How is it spamming? It's called hot UK "deals", I'm posting deals which btw are national, I don't see the complaints and outcry when others do the same thing
