Cow's ****! Skimmed milk, and semi is the **** stuff. Drink 'real' unhomogenised milk from jersey cows or the like.
As people did in the 50s and 60s and 70s. Billy Bunter was only around in comics then! AND very little diabetes. There was no diabetes 2. Drink Coke diet or zero and it's full of sweeteners (artificial crap!). Get diabetes 2 and what do they suggest, have sweeteners instead of the real thing. Merry go round. Big Pharma wins every time. YOU lose. Unless you have a brain, then you don't get diabetes 2 (real diabetes -not 2 - I agree, is no joke 3 friends are on daily insulin) - 2 is a manufactured illness. Ask yourself why there was no diabetes '2' before?
Big Pharma wants you to have a pill for every ailment, ffs they are even talking about one for 'grieving' now.
What was it in Dr Who? Oh yeah, 'exterminate! exterminate! exterminate!'

You don't get diabetes from drinking soda pop. Now if you look at milk there is more data to show that could be one factor. Cows milk is also worse for your bones the studies show.

Op can you please tell us which branch of HB you found 15 for £3 ? Seems people are only managing to find 10 for £3 (and £4.50 for 15). Thanks.

All American 'soda' tastes like fizzy Benylin any way. Adding alcohol is the only way it can be enjoyed.

Have they any sky hooks. I've been looking for one for ages
Must be a slow news day, this story was done about 6 years ago. Also the study showed you'd need to drink at least 14 500ml bottles a week, so at least 1 litre or 3 cans a day to potentially have these effects.
The media forgot one key sentence in the study: "Alternatively the less healthy lifestyle of these men may explain these findings." Correlation is not causation but if the media told you that, they wouldn't have any headlines.
