Ok tried toothbrush... Now it has a number of holes. How to stitch them up and reuse? These should have servived at least a few washes? Does consumer protection laws apply here?

Seems to be a variant of Llangefni (online search showed no difference, and both spellings appeared to refer to the same location) which is the county town of Anglesey.
Either way, rather worrying for the sheep if these things are being reduced because they are not used ?
