makes sense. I buy in bulk as well. But last time I ordered towel bales from John Lewis and went to collect from Waitrose but it got lost so they sent a second package and when I went to collect the first one turned up as well.
Asked the John Lewis customer service what to do and said keep it. :smile:

You can never have enough spare towels though and I like to buy in bulk.:sunglasses: Anyway these turned up this morning and the quality looks just fine - not the the thickest but certainly nice and soft.
